Returns

 

 

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags still attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Final sale items (such as clearance or custom products) are not eligible for return.

 


 

Exchanges & Store Credit

 

 

  • All approved returns will be issued as store credit in the form of a digital gift card, which never expires.

  • If you need a different size or color, you may use your store credit to place a new order.

  • Exchanges follow the same condition requirements as returns.

 


 

Return Shipping

 

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

  3. Package your item securely and ship it back to us.

  4. Once processed, you’ll receive store credit to use on your next purchase.
